- 450 g cūkgaļas-liellopa maltā gaļa
- 100 g siers
- 1 ola
- 1 sīpols
- 0,5 burkāns
- 100 g skābais krējums
- 1 ķiploka daiva
- Sāls, pipari – pēc garšas
- Sviests
Lasi arī: Kartupeļi portugāļu gaumē – labāki par “frī” un jebkuriem citiem kartupeļu veidiem
Pagatavošana:
Sākumā notīri sīpolu, burkānu un ķiploku, smalki sagriez, pievieno maltai gaļai. Pievieno olu, krējumu, kā arī piparus un sāli – visu samaisi un labi saplacini. Vari izmantot blenderi, lai iegūtu vienmērīgāku masu.
Pēc tam izveido identiskas bumbiņas un veido ovālas formas kotletes. Ievieto tās cepšanas traukā, kas ieziest ar sviestu.
Pārklāj ar foliju un ievieto cepeškrāsnī, kas uzkarsēta līdz 200 grādiem uz 30 minūtēm. Tad noņem foliju, apkaisi ar rīvētu sieru un ievieto atpakaļ cepeškrāsnī uz 15-20 minūtēm, lai ēdienu apbrūninātu.
Gatavās kotletes var pasniegt ar jebkuru piedevu.
